Colossians1:27God has chosen to make known among the Gentiles the glorious riches of this mystery, which is Christ in you, the hope of glory.
The glorious mystery that I can have Jesus in me, such an amazing gift, should be all the motivation I need. I should look to that instead looking for earthly signs of "progress" to motivate me.
Colossians 1:28-29
28We proclaim him, admonishing and teaching everyone with all wisdom, so that we may present everyone perfect in Christ. 29To this end I labor, struggling with all his energy, which so powerfully works in me.
presenting everyone perfect in Christ is a difficult job to say the least. Is a good job that we are struggling with HIS energy, not our own.
